Additional Property Attributes

A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is recommended.

Former Use: This building, built in the early 1970s, was used as a restaurant/truck stop and later as an office building. Even though historical resources indicate that ASTs were in operation at the property when the site was a truck stop in the 1950s, no evidence of ASTs could be found. There is a large hydraulic scale behind the building which would likely have used hydraulic fluids.
