Additional Property Attributes

Suspect lead-based paint and asbestos containing material was observed during the site visit. Based on a review of historical resources oil tanks were in use on the southern end of the property.

Former Use: The property contains a one-story brick building and the remainder of the property is gravel and grass covered. It has historically been used as train depot, office space, a bulk oil station, a fish market and a salting/pickling manufacturing company. Based on a historical review, gasoline and oil tanks were in use on the southern end of the property from approximately 1917 to 1940. This is considered a recognized environmental condition.
