This site is in close proximity to the 41 unit housing redevelopment project about to open. The URA/developer is planning a future expansion on this site.

Former Use: Prior to l981, this property operated as a Gulf Oil gas station. Since that time, it was used a car wash/detailing shop. The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh purchased the site in December 2010, and is working with a private residential developer on a redevelopment plan.
