Additional Property Attributes

The site is in close proximity to the East Busway, a bus only corridor that runs to downtown Pittsburgh, and is an ideal location for residential development, patterned after the townhouses across the street. This site is part of a 41 unit housing redevelopment project that will open in September 2014.

Former Use: Reportedly, at one time this site operated as a commercial cleaners and/or auto repair. The property was purchased in late 2012 by an affiliate of S&A Homes, and a 41 unit apartment development is scheduled to open in September 2014.
