This site is in close proximity to the East Busway, a bus only corridor running to downtown Pittburgh. The property was purchased from the URA by a private developer, S&A Homes. Today, the construction is substantially completed on a 41 unit apartment building with the units occupied.

Former Use: The property was purchased by an affiliate of S & A Homes and is now under construction. Together with 5 adjacent parcels, this will become a 41 unit townhouse development for occupancy by the end of 2013.
