Additional Property Attributes

The site is in close proximity to the East Busway, a bus only corridor running to downtown Pittsburgh. Following the environmental assessment work, the site was purchased from the URA and the site is now part of the 41 unit apartment building newly constructed and occupied.

Former Use: The URA sold this site to an affiliate of S&A Homes in late 2012. The site together with the adjacent 5 sites is now under construction for a 41 unit apartment building. Occupancy is projected for September 2014.
