Additional Property Attributes

A local entrepreneur purchased this property. Together with community support, he then formed a non-profit (Community Reel Arts Center) and transferred the property to the Center. The Center successfully converted the property into a local movie theater, that also serves food and provides entertainment when movies are not playing. It has been a vital part of the redevelopment of the commercial business district in Stowe Township.

Former Use: The property operated as a single screen movie theatre from its construction in the l930's until approximately 5 years ago. It has sat empty and underutilized since 2006. A local entrepreneur, Aaron Stubna, purchased the property and is operating it as a community facility for the visual arts.
