Additional Property Attributes

The property is a former theater that was vacant since 2003. It was purchased by a private developer and music entrepreneur, who invested two million of equity that was leveraged with another seven million of foundation and other local economic development investment. The Theater reopened in May of 2019, with 1,500 seats, and features local and national acts.

Former Use: The property operated as a single screen movie theatre from its construction in l928 until 2003. It has been primarily vacant since 2003. Phase I and ACM Report was completed and identified asbestos in boiler room area. The local CDC together with a music entrepreneur raised $9 million to renovate the Theatre, with an opening scheduled for May 2019.
