Additional Property Attributes

Former car wash, refueling station and bulk petroleum storage facility. All petroleum storage removed from site.

Former Use: Various industrial uses since late 1800's. Located within northern end of former railyard. Most recently used as a carwash and refueling station from 1967 to 2002. Converted to a bulk petroleum storage facility from 2002 to 2007. All petroleum storage tanks and structures removed from site in 2007. Vacant lot since 2007.
