Additional Property Attributes

The BTA was conducted for the City on 7 properties 5908, 5916, 5922, 5924, 5925, & 5927 Outlook, and 5919 Woodson to promote the redevelopment of the property. REC's were identified as potential petroleum and hazardous substances associated with various topographically upgradient an adjacent facilities and a former dry cleaner located on the 5922 Outlook property and the historical use of the Harleywoods building (5908 Outlook) as an automotive repair facility back in the 1950's. A Phase II was conducted and based on the results, chlorinated solvents were detected in the groundwater above KDHE RSK levels in the vicinity of the former dry cleaner facility. The site was referred to the Kansas Drycleaner program.

Former Use: dry cleaner at 1922 Outlook during the 60's, 5908 OUtlook had automotive repair facility back in the 1950's.
