Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was formerly the site of used car sales and a service garage for an auto dealership. Subsequent uses of the two buildings on site were for motor scooter sales and limited auto repair and tire sales, respectively. The property is being redeveloped for 108 units of workforce housing and approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of retail/commercial space across two new buildings. The new development will also include a publicly-accessible plaza, and will be located immediately adjacent to the new Green Line LRT, which is scheduled to being operations on June 14, 2014. It is anticipated that clean-up and construction will commence in late spring or summer of 2014.

Former Use: Previously the used car sales facility for Midway Chevrolet, an autombile dealership. A sales lot, sales building, and service building were located on site.
