Additional Property Attributes

It is highly likely that cleanup will be needed for this property. In addition to the current use, past uses of the property include a coal-related business and railroad usage. Tracks owned by a shortline carrier and still in use run in the street ROW just south of the property.

Former Use: One of three parcels that are part of the Rihm Kenworth truck dealership. Activities include service and new and used sales. Past uses include a meat packing factory and a coal company. A rail spur runs in the ROW adjacent to the property.
