Additional Property Attributes

The Site operates as Tires Pro Wash and Detail, an automotive detailing company. Tires Pro Wash and Detail is an affiliate of Tires Pro which also operates a general automotive repair shop on the north adjacent property and a tire and alignment shop on the northeast adjacent property.� The Site historically operated as Killebrew Texaco between the 1950s and the 1970s. Four underground storage tanks (USTs), with a total capacity of 19,000-gallons of automotive fuel were removed from the Site in 1999. One suspected and previously unregistered used oil UST was identified at the Site. An underground interceptor device was identified at the Site. One out of service in-ground lift was identified at the Site.
