Additional Property Attributes

"There are likely ACM and lead-based paint present due to the age of the structure. In addition, fluorescent light bulbs are present along the interiror shop wall."

Former Use: The 0.62 acre site is a former service station with a 1038 square-foot building in useable condition. The underground storage tanks are still present and there is concern that contamination may remain. The Malden R-1 School District would like to purchase the property and plans to tear down the building and remove the tanks. The district plans to create a parking area for the adjacent elementary school gymnasium.
