Additional Property Attributes

The subject site (bank owned) was occupied by Petersen Metals at the time of a Phase I ESA (Petersen Metals, a former owner, was tenant at the time of the Phase 1 ESA). Proposed end use was expansion of the nearby PharmaWorks facility with anticipated job creation. The results of the Phase I ESA (conducted per ASTM E1527-05) revealed no RECs that would require additional assessment.

Former Use: Historical land use prior to development of the Petersen Metals facility was undeveloped/vacant land in an area of Pasco County that had been primarily rural until the 1990's. Petersen Metals, a former owner, was the tenant/renter at the time of the Phase 1 ESA.
