Property Highlights

Following the Phase II assessment work, the proposed buyer completed acquisition of the property and obtained an Act II Liability Release for the site. The developers held a groundbreaking in November 2015, and have commenced construction of a $35 million, 182 unit residential complex.

Former Use: Since the l980's, the property was used to manufacture and service mill equipment. Prior to that, the property was used for general manufacturing. The property largely lies vacant and underutilized. Property was purchased following the assessment work, and the new owner is now completing construction of a 185 unit apartment complex with a publicly accessible court yard.
