Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of approximately 42 acres of land along Lookout Creek in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee. Currently, the parcel is improved with an approximately 100,000 square foot warehouse and security fencing. A portion of the building is used by the owner as office space and a portion of the building is used by a Volkswagen supplier. The leasee operates out of the southwest portion of the warehouse and produces automobile parts. The majority of the warehouse is currently vacant.

Former Use: The site was developed as an industrial warehouse in 1972. The warehouse was originally used for textile manufacturing, then later used for manufacturing parts of airplanes, and it is currently leased by an automobile part supplier for Volkswagen. The adjacent properties consist of commercial and undeveloped properties. Currently, the site is owned by Heller Properties, LLC.
