Former Use: Records indicate the Lakeview Centre Mall property remained primarily in agriculture use until the Mall was constructed in 1966. Aerial photography from the late 1960s suggests construction of the former Q-Mart gasoline station occurred concurrently with or immediately following construction of the Mall. The Lakeview Centre Mall property was transferred to Lakeside Improvement, LLC (current owner) from Tarragon Corporation on September 7, 2007 for �10.00 and other good and valuable consideration.� Although the fair market value at the time of transfer is unknown, the possibility exists the sale price was influenced by the condition of the building and/or environmental liabilities associated with the Site.
