Additional Property Attributes

South Carolina Electric and Gas offered the parcel of land to the City of North Charleston. The parcel is adjacent to a City Fire Station, but prior to accepting the donation, the City wanted to ensure no environmental concerns or liabilities exist at the site. The Phase I ESA did not identify any RECs and no additional assessment was recommended.

Former Use: The undeveloped lot has been owned by South Carolina Electric and Gas since 1962. Prior to 1962, the property was owned by a private party. Since at least the 1950s, the property has remained undeveloped.
