Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA was performed on roadways within the underserved community of Lacoochee to address any RECs that may be encountered as part of proposed infrastructure improvements. The RECs were compared to risk rankings defined by the FDOT and FHA guidelines to determine if additional assessment is necessary. ASTM findings and ranking guidelines suggest additonal assessment is warranted to address an adjacent historical petroleum storage facility, adjacent railroad and adjacent hazardous material handlers. A Phase II ESA completed in late 2012 revealed no soil or groundwater impacts above regulatory criteria. As such, no additional assessment was recommended as part of the infrastructure improvements.
