Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Paved areas are at the southwest and southeast areas of the Site. A partially-buried railroad spur extends across northern and eastern portions of the Site. Otherwise, the Site is undeveloped land partially covered with vegetation. A lumber yard previously operated at the Site and paved areas have been used as used-car and parking lots. A 550-gallon gasoline UST was abandoned-in-place and a 6,000-gallon diesel UST was removed in June 1988. The local regulatory agency granted closure for the USTs and indicated that no further action was required. No RECs were identified.
