Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is an undeveloped commercial lot partially covered with vegetation. A commercial building previously on the Site was used as a warehouse for well casing and sheet metal and as a machine shop. Regulatory agency database research indicated that a 550-gallon product UST was at the Site in at least 1988 and that the Site was a small-quantity generator of hazardous waste. The local regulatory agency responsible for permitting and oversight of USTs and hazardous waste facilities did not have records for the Site to confirm that a UST and/or hazardous waste had previously been on the Site. No RECs were identified.
