Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The southern portion of the Site is an asphalt-paved private parking lot. Mill Creek extends across the northern portion. Water company facilities and a used car lot were previously on the Site. A Phase I ESA was completed by others in May 2001 and a Phase II ESA and geophysical survey were completed by others in October 2004. Numerous buried s and some geophysical anomalies consistent with drums and/or small USTs were identified. Two onsite soil samples reportedly contained minor concentrations of O&G (not likely a regulatory agency concern). TPHg, BTEX, or SVOCs were not detected. Metals detected in soil samples were consistent with background concentrations. No RECs were identified.
