Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is a vacant commercial lot with two concrete pads (former building foundations), a brick pad (former office-entry patio) and concrete sidewalk, vertical brick columns (former sign/wall supports), and asphalt-paved and unpaved areas. An auto repair shop, store, spray painting booth (former auto repair shop), and office (former store) were previously on the Site. The Site has also been a used-car lot. The Site address was not identified in any of the regulatory agency databases that were searched, but an address consistent with the western half of the Site was identified in historical UST databases that indicate a 1,000-gallon �motor vehicle fuel� UST is or previously was on the Site. The local regulatory agency responsible for permitting and oversight of USTs and hazardous waste facilities did not have records for the Site to confirm that a UST is or previously was on the Site. No RECs were identified.
