Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is a vacant commercial lot with an asphalt-paved southern half and a partially-paved northern half. A sign- and/or wall-support structure and a light standard are on the Site. The Site was previously developed with a dwelling and an outbuilding, an auto repair shop, and a store. The Site has also been a used car lot. Alley pavement immediately north of a metal building on the adjacent property to the west appears to have been discolored by waste oil seepage outside the building. It appears there is the potential that soil on the Site could have been impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons and/or metals due to similar seepage under the eastern wall of the offsite metal building. No RECs were identified.
