Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is occupied by a commercial sign-production facility and includes an office/shop building and an unpaved outdoor storage area. A dwelling, outbuilding, and stable were previously on the Site. Results of a Phase I ESA completed for the Site by others in November 2002 indicated that spray-equipment cleaning was conducted near the wooden deck and stairs on the south side of the building and that soil beneath and near the stairs reportedly exhibited odorous indications of mineral spirits to a depth of about 2 feet. There is insufficient data to determine the extent of impact at the Site or evaluate potential risks, threats, and other environmental concerns. The potential impact to onsite soil due to reported mineral spirit spillage and/or disposal is considered a REC.
