Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I BTA was conducted for the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce on a property located southwest of the intersection of Prosperity Road and South Main Street in South Hutchinson, Kansas. The property is proposed for redevelopment as an RV Park and other commercial development. Based on the Phase I report, no �Recognized Environmental Conditions� (RECs) were identified in connection with the property. Therefore, further investigation is not warranted and the property is cleared for redevelopment.
