Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 2.53 acres of land developed with an approximately 5,440 square foot, one-story commercial building. A paved parking area is located immediately south of the building, and a concrete slab associated with a former mobile home is located on the southern portion of the Property. Remaining portions of the Property are covered with grass.

Former Use: The Property was vacant wooded land until 1950 when it was developed with a commercial building, and subsequently occupied by VFW. A new building, designed as a bowling center, was constructed in 1957. The bowling center operated until 1989.
