Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 0.18 acres of land developed with an approximately 2,800 square-foot commercial building with a full basement. Paved parking and access drives are located around the exterior of the building.

Former Use: In 1855, three buildings were located on the Property (a barn, the former post office, and an operating drug store). Various private individuals owned the Property during this period. By 1960, the original three buildings were demolished, and a new building was constructed; the new building was occupied by a grocery and hardware store, and included a gasoline filling station. The filling station ceased operations by 1988. Mr. Knuth was operating a grocery and hardware store as of 2012.
