Additional Property Attributes

Subject site is an approximate 200-acre rural property in eastern Pasco County with a potential end use as a park. A Phase I ESA completed in December 2012 revealed RECs associted with the site's historic land use. Site obervations included a potential pesticide/herbicide mix area and demolished sheds likely associated with agricultural equipment storage/maintenance. A Phase II ESA revealed no impacts above accepted regulatory criteria for recreational land use. As such, no additional assessment has been recommended.

Former Use: Site is undveloped rural land with historical use for grazing lands, with potential historical agricultural use.
