Additional Property Attributes

The subject property operated as a gasoline service station from at least 1935 to 1979. This building was demolished in 1967 prior to the construction of the current building as a gasoline service station. The building was converted for use as a restaurant in 1979 and operated as a restaurant from 1979 until it was vacated in early 2012. The property will be redeveloped for use as a physician�s office and pharmacy creating approximately 15 jobs in the area.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred by 1935 with the construction of a gasoline service station. The building operated as a gasoline service station in the southwestern portion from at least 1935 until 1967. This building was demolished in 1967 prior to the construction of the current building as a gasoline service station. The building was converted for use as a restaurant in 1979 and operated as a restaurant from 1979 until it was vacated in early 2012.
