Additional Property Attributes

FSI/ROR/RAP/RACR report was submitted to IEPA in December 2011. A no further remediation letter was received on March 30, 2012.

Former Use: Historical review of information showed that the subject property was initially developed as residential lot in the 1800s. A filling station was located on the subject property, on the southeast corner of North Avon and West State Streets, from 1960 until at least 1972. The subject property was operated as a Gene�s Garage and State Street Auto since 1991. In 2001, the subject property was owned by Saint John�s Twelve Gate Church of God in Christ. In 2006, the subject property was owned by the Victorious Christian Worship Church. In 2007, the subject property was a vacant lot consisting of an abandoned church building and a parking lot.
