Additional Property Attributes

Investigation activities at the site started in July 2011 and extended till October 2011. Initial investigation activities focused on potential for soil contamination. Subsequent investigations focused on potential groundwater contamination.

Former Use: Prior to 1910, the site had been developed for residential use. It was developed in the early 1910s for industrial use. City directories list the site as Catholic Salvage Bureau from 1965 to 1971, vacant lot in 1989, and American Machine & Assembly in 1995. The site was enrolled in SRP.
