Phase I assessment was performed. The building on-site has not been demolished. Phase II will be performed after the building is demolished.

Former Use: The subject property has been used for manufacturing and auto body repair in the past. Therefore, releases of petroleum or hazardous substances may have occurred. The City directories reported Imperial Wire Product in 1959, vacant lot in 1964, Mike�s Autobody in 1995, and RPL Industries in 2001. In 2010, the subject property was occupied by an abandoned building (multi-story).
