Additional Property Attributes

The parcel was approximately 0.12 acres of land developed with a duplex residential structure. The surrounding area was typical of a downtown market district, with street level storefronts and residential housing units above.

Former Use: In 1895, the parcel was developed with residential structures. A gasoline station was constructed on the east side of the southern parcel in 1938. Dreswell Dry Cleaners was later listed at this address in a 1955 City Directory. The gasoline station building had been replaced with a parking lot by 1968.
