Additional Property Attributes

Paved (date unknown) and secured with a perimeter chain link fence; an abandoned rail spur runs along the south end of the property. No current structures or use. The types of operations, if any, performed inside the freight house are unknown; as such, the former freight house has potential for contamination. In addition, the rail lines also have potential for contamination.

Former Use: The subject property was used as a railroad freight yard and parking area since the early 1900s until at least 1995.
