Property Highlights

Parcel was portion of large former industrial site, and is adjacent to the primary facility for J&J, a fresh produce processing and distribution enterprise. The parcel was redeveloped with a large commercial greenhouse for vegetable growing.

Former Use: At time of investigation and redevelopment, parcel had been vacant for a number of years. From approximately 1905 until approximately 1960, the site was used for wood and/or coal storage. It is located in an historically industrial area, adjacent to rail road tracks and a number of sites for which spill reports and other regulatory listings were found.
