The Las Brisas Phase II project is a low and very low income housing project with a total of 60 units, including 21 units for low and very low income senior citizens. (PPF attached to QR 3, 4/1/05-6/30/05)

Former Use: Ten four-plex apartment buildings were built in 1983. Owners of the buildings have changed many times since then.(PPF - Las Brisas Phase II, 4/30/2007)
