Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is located in a mixed use area of Hickory, North Carolina that includes residential properties and commercial properties. The Subject Property is currently developed with a vacant building. The Subject Property is currently owned by Bruce H McNeely & Melisa W. McNeely. According to the EDR Environmental Lien and AUL Search, Bruce H McNeely & Melisa W. McNeely obtained the property from Bank of Granite on December 19, 2012. The current structure is constructed with wood framing and consists of two floors, a ground level and basement. The ground level floor has an area of approximately 10,864 square feet, and was designed for light manufacturing. The basement floor has an area of approximately 1,760 square feet, and was designed for storage. Access to the property is available via two driveway entrances from 10th Ave Dr NE, or one driveway entrance from 4th St NE. According to historical research, the Subject Property has historically been utilized as developed as a hosiery mill since 1966, occupied by Simmons Hosiery Inc. and Kentucky Derby Hosiery.
