Property Highlights

The KDHE conducted a Phase I Brownfields Targeted Assessment (BTA) at 700 West 3rd Street in Oakley, Kansas. The BTA was conducted for the City of Oakley as part of their library and museum expansion project. Based on the Phase I report, no �Recognized Environmental Conditions� (RECs) were identified in connection with the BTA property and the property was cleared for redevelopment. An Asbestos Building Survey was also conducted as an additional scope outside of the ASTM-1527-05 Phase I assessment. Asbestos containing material (ACM) was not identified in the samples collected from the building.
