Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in 2013, RECs were identified related to the apparent on-site garage used for automotive repair (beyond typical residential auto maintenance). In additional a demolition asbestos survey performed as part of the Phase I ESA revealed ACMs that will need to be addressed prior to demo.

Former Use: Historical land use appears to have been residential back to the 1960's. Prior to that, the site appears to have been undeveloped land.
