Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in 2013 (per ASTM E1527-05), RECs were identified related to the site's historical use for automotive repair, as well as an adjacent property with a similar RECs. An asbestos survey of residual building materials revealed no ACMs.

Former Use: Historical land use appears to have been undeveloped up until the 1970's. Then use has been documented to have been an auto repair facility.
