Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was vacant wooded land prior to development for industrial purposes in 1968. Industrial occupants have included St. Clair Metal Products and Huron St. Clair Company, a division of Masco, Advanced Accessory Systems, and Sport Rack Accessories, which all manufactured automotive components or accessories. The subject property is connected via a covered access way to an industrial building at 1721 Dove St.reet, adjacent to the southwest. Both the subject building and the connected building were occupied by these same previous businesses over time. The building was vacant in 2010 and has been owned and occupied by All Temp Warehousing and Cross Docking since June 2012.
