Former Use: The subject property is developed with four single-story slab-on-grade self-storage buildings and a trailer used as a leasing administrative office surrounded by asphalt-paved drive ways. The four single-story buildings developed at the property were reportedly constructed between 1988 and 1990 and include a total of 184 privately leased storage units.Prior to the commercial development use of the property begining in the 1980s the site was undeveloped or used for residential and agricultural farm land since at least the late 1930s.
