Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists three adjacent vacant parcels of wooded land that has been transfered from the Land Bank to the St. Clair County Parks and Recreation Commission. The property is located in the northeast portion of the City of Algonac situated approximately 1,000 feet to the east of the St. Clair River. There are no structures developed on the site. The property has been historically vacant undeveloped land. The property is situated in an area of residential neighborhoods, a bike trail developed for recreational purposes vacant undeveloped land.
