Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in August 2013, RECs have been identified related to the site's historical land use as a landfill.. Documented metals impacts to groundwater are being monitored per an FDEP approved long-term care plan (20 years).

Former Use: Historical land use was for a Class III landfill. No other histocial use has been recorded.
