Additional Property Attributes

The findings in the Phase II indicated presence of an UST. Mercy St. Vincent's purchased the property, removed the UST following BUSTR requirements, and demolished the existing building. This property is now shovel ready for future expansion for Mercy St. Vincent's Hospital.

Former Use: The property was occupied by multiple residents and private automobile storage garagesw from at least 1891 to 1905. One gasoline tank was depicted to the east of the storage building in 1936. From the early 1951 to 1976, the commercial storage building was utilized for wrecked automobiles. The Phase 2 identified one small UST on the western portion of the site. With the exception of TPH-GRO and naphthalene one soil sample, no VOCs, PNAs, TPH, or metals were detected at concentrations above the VAP standards in soil at the site.
