Additional Property Attributes

As noted in the Phase I ESA report the following RECs were listed: the property was formerly used as a auto repair shop, a retail fueling station, and a dry cleaner; also the property contained former USTs; and finally an unknown sump was observed on-site. BECs were suspected lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials. The Phase II ESA was a survey confirming the presence of lead-based paint did not exceed 1.0 mg/cm2 concentrations.
