Additional Property Attributes

Samples in the general property found arsenic levels of 6.7 mg/kg, exceeding EPA RSLs and MRBCA standards, however, this level is less than the county background levels of 8.469 mg/kg. Levels of arsenic along the former CB&Q Railroad were 88 mg/kg. Benzo(a)pyrene concentration was 0.24 mg/kg, exceeding EPA RSL but below MRBCA standard. Benzo(b)fluoranthene concentration was 0.4 mg/kg, exceeding EPA RSL for residential soil (0.15 mg/kg) but less than EPA RSL for industrial standards. Indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene concentration was 0.2 mg/kg exceeding EPA RSL for residential (0.15 mg/kg) but less than EPA RSL for industrial standards.

Former Use: The land is currently and was historically used for agriculture. The Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad was once active along the eastern border of the property,
