Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site does not have a Dufek Drive address, but will be used in the expansion of the Jagemann Stamping Company, the property located adjacent to, and north of the Property at 5757 West Custer Street in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The Site was acquired by the City from William and Shirley Fessler (eastern portion of the Property) on July 25, 1989, and from Dale and Melody Meyer (western portion of the Property) on January 23, 1998. See Exhibit C of the ASTM Questionnaire in Appendix L for the Property parcel layout, and the Chain of Title back to 1940. City of Manitowoc Assessor records indicate the Site consists of a single parcel of land assessed at 8.19, acres and is owned by the City. The site was developed for agricultural purposes prior to 1938, and has remained in agricultural production to this date.
